Terms of Business.
Last updated: 1 June 2025
Welcome to Oops & Wonder. We’re so glad you’re here.
These Terms of Business explain how you may use our website, what to expect when you download a resource, and how purchases (both physical and digital) work. By visiting or buying from oopsandwonder.com, you agree to these terms — so please read them carefully.
If you have any questions, we’re happy to help. Just email hello@oopsandwonder.com.
1. Who We Are
This site is operated by Alexandra Osbourne, trading as Oops & Wonder, a UK-based children’s picture book brand offering heartfelt stories, printable resources, and creative content for families and educators.
2. Using This Website
You’re welcome to browse, enjoy, and share our content with proper care and credit. However, there are a few things you agree to when using this site:
You will not misuse or tamper with the site (e.g. hacking, sending spam, scraping content).
You won’t reproduce, copy, or use our stories, illustrations, or downloads without permission.
You will respect our brand, our work, and the wider community using this platform.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access if we believe any misuse has occurred.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the books, brand name, illustrations, downloads, words, and designs — belongs to Oops & Wonder unless stated otherwise.
You may:
Download resources for personal use only
Share links to our site or products with others
You may not:
Sell, redistribute, or upload our content elsewhere
Use our brand or characters for your own commercial purposes
If you'd like to collaborate or license something, just get in touch.
4. Free Resources & Downloads
From time to time, we may offer quizzes, charts, worksheets, or other magical downloads in exchange for your email address. These are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, resold, or republished.
We ask that you use these respectfully — and please supervise children when using any of our resources.
5. Purchases & Orders
You may purchase physical books, digital products, or other items through our website. Here's how it works:
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable)
You will receive an order confirmation by email after checkout
Physical products will be shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page
Digital products will be available via download link immediately or shortly after payment
6. Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to love what you receive. If there’s a problem, please get in touch and we’ll always try to make things right.
Physical products: If your book arrives damaged or not as described, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Return postage may apply unless the product was faulty.
Digital products: Due to their downloadable nature, these are non-refundable once delivered — unless there's a technical fault on our side.
Subscriptions (if offered): You’ll be able to cancel at any time. Refunds will only apply if required by law or stated in the specific subscription terms.
7. Delivery
We currently ship physical items within the UK and selected international destinations (details on checkout). Delivery timeframes vary but we always do our best to get your books to you as swiftly and safely as possible.
Digital products are usually delivered immediately via email or download link.
8. Account & Subscriptions
You may be offered the option to create an account or subscribe to a plan in the future. If so:
Please keep your login details safe
You agree not to share access with others
You can cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us
9. Liability
We do our best to keep everything accurate, inspiring, and useful — but we can’t guarantee everything will always be perfect.
We’re not liable for:
Technical errors or temporary unavailability of the website
Loss or damage caused by the use or misuse of our resources
Any third-party tools, links, or services accessed via our website
That said, if anything seems off or goes wrong, please let us know — we genuinely care.
10. External Links
We may link to other websites or tools we believe you’ll find useful. We’re not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those sites.
11. Legal Stuff
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises that we can’t resolve informally, it will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in the business, technology, or the law. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
